Every AKRO order ships via a trackable delivery method. The tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day (on Monday). Orders placed after 11:30 AM EST will ship the next business day.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase or delivery that are unopened, unused and have not been tampered with. If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service at help@akrofragrances.com for instructions.

Please note: no open or used products can be returned or exchanged. The return shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

The first 1/4 of your payment is due when your order has shipped The remaining three payments will automatically charge every two weeks. Your payment schedule is sent via email and you can also access your payment schedule in the Klarna app by clicking 'Spending', choosing the order you want to see, and then clicking on 'Show Plan'.
