WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Shipping is available within Canada, Puerto Rico and the United States only.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

US (Standard FedEx or USPS Ground): Complimentary within the continental United States
Overnight: $50 per order
Canada: $25 per order*

*Orders of more than one Discovery Set or including a full-size product are subject to a $25 shipping fee. Orders of one Discovery Set will be shipped USPS Ground.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

Every AKRO order ships via a trackable delivery method. The tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day (on Monday). Orders placed after 11:30 AM EST will ship the next business day.

Due to unprecedented demand, we're experiencing shortages for some items and longer delivery times than usual.

We apologize and are working hard to restock as quickly and safely as possible. If you're unable to complete your order, please contact customer service at help@akrofragrances.com.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?

Obviously, we want you to be completely overjoyed with your new AKRO perfume. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase or delivery that are unopened, unused and have not been tampered with. If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service at help@akrofragrances.com for instructions.

Please note: no open or used products can be returned or exchanged. The return shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot accept returns and exchanges of Akro products purchased at our authorized retailers or from the site akrofragrances.com.

JUST A FEW OTHER THINGS...

Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back. Therefore, please send any returns via a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept any responsibility for loss in the post.
