Shipping is available within Canada, Puerto Rico and the United States only.

US (Standard FedEx or USPS Ground): Complimentary within the continental United States
2 Day: $30 per order
Overnight: $50 per order
Canada: $25 per order*
*Orders of more than one Discovery Set or including a full-size product are subject to a $25 shipping fee. Orders of one Discovery Set will be shipped USPS Ground.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
Every AKRO order ships via a trackable delivery method. The tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day (on Monday). Orders placed after 11:30 AM EST will ship the next business day.
Please be advised that all orders received after 11am EST on Thursday, March 29th, 2023 will be shipped on Monday, April 3rd, 2023.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
Obviously, we want you to be completely overjoyed with your new AKRO perfume. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase or delivery that are unopened, unused and have not been tampered with. If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service at email@example.com for instructions.
Please note: no open or used products can be returned or exchanged. The return shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept returns and exchanges of Akro products purchased at our authorized retailers or from the site akrofragrances.com.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?
As soon as we have received and accepted your cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amount due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Klarna outlining your payment schedule. Payments will be automatically with the debit/credit card you provided at checkout.
WHEN IS MY PAYMENT DUE?
The first 1/4 of your payment is due when your order has shipped The remaining three payments will automatically charge every two weeks. Your payment schedule is sent via email and you can also access your payment schedule in the Klarna app by clicking 'Spending', choosing the order you want to see, and then clicking on 'Show Plan'.
CAN I PAY BEFORE THE DUE DATE?
Yes. Just open the Klarna app or log onto https://app.klarna.com/ to pay your balance early.
IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?
Your payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No payment details are shared with Floris London. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
